Mitai New Materials is a manufacturer specialised in PTFE and silicone-rubber coated products. Headquartered in Suzhou, with production based at Junmin Road, Chengqu Industrial Park, Taixing, Jiangsu, we have built a complete process chain covering impregnation, coating, sintering and post-processing of glass-fibre base cloth.

Production equipment

Quality control

• Incoming inspection: grammage, warp/weft density and breaking strength of glass-fibre base cloth; solids content and batch consistency of PTFE and silicone-rubber raw materials.
• In-process control: coating thickness, oven temperature profile, line speed and degree of sintering set per grade, with retained samples.
• Finished-product sampling: grammage, thickness tolerance, width deviation, temperature resistance, release performance and joint strength.
• Run-in test: conveyor-belt products are run on a machine to verify tracking and elongation before delivery, ensuring stable start-up.

Capacity and delivery

More than 100 varieties across the fluoropolymer and silicone families. Standard specifications are kept in stock and can ship the same day or within 3 working days. Special thicknesses, widths, colours, perforations and joints are made to drawing, with a typical lead time of 7-15 working days.

Aviation, aerospace, automotive, electronics and electrical appliances, high-temperature insulation, food packaging, plastics, papermaking, printing, dyeing, garment manufacturing and chemical anti-corrosion. Products are exported to the United States, Europe, South-East Asia and beyond.
